Black Rice.
Usage Instructions
Absorption: 1. Place 1 1/2 cups of rice in a saucepan. 2. Add 2 cups of cold water and bring to the boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 35 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 minutes. Gentle Boil: 1. Place 1 cup of rice in a saucepan. 2. Add 8 cups of cold water. Bring to the boil and stir occasionally. 3. Reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 35 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, drain well and serve. Rice Cooker: 1. Place 1 cup of rice in the cooker bowl. 2. Add 2 cups of cold water. 3. Start cooking in the rice cooker. When rice cooker switches to 'keep warm' (approx 35 minutes) stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place out of sunlight.
